Our professional NDIS Support Workers will help participants expand on their problem-solving and critical thinking skills through education and training. Participants will learn how to adapt to the challenges of the world. Our Skills Development Service will have a particular focus on:
Skills development is necessary to improve the quality of life for participants as it allows them to become self-sufficient in a lot of their day-to-day tasks. It is also key in maintaining our participants physical and mental health in tip-top shape.
Our NDIS Support Workers are best equipped in providing positivity coaching and encouraging self-awareness, self-confidence and critical thinking. We also offer training in various activities such as travelling safely on public transport, cooking for their nutritional needs, meditation, exercise and any other activities that our participants enjoy.
